My story in a nutshell.
I discovered training in my early years of University. More precisely in 2008. Since then I went through literally everything, fitness wise. From struggles, incertitudes and lots of questions through feelings of joy and accomplishment. I didn’t really understood much of how the body works in relation to exercise and food so I had to test everything on myself (one of the best ways to learn and grow) and God I’ve learned!
Meanwhile, in 2014 with big dreams I found myself in the airport moving to England. Here, my passion grew and I discovered Yoga and the power of meditation and I’ve become in love with running and weights lifting. In 2017 I become a Level 3 Personal Trainer and Nutritional Advisor. By far the best decision I made in my life.
I have been able to sustain this healthy lifestyle for many years but now I became more educated and informed and I feel the need to let it out so other people could benefit from it.
I believe that healthy eating and exercise should be a way of life, not just a phase. I believe in movement, body, and mind as the most valuable possessions.
